Ok stay

The room was clean and the pool area was nice. Location is good if you are going to fly and need to get fast to the airport. Staff were friendly.

The room smelled very bad, the smell of cigarette and cannabis came inside through the air heat pump. Restaurant in the hotel was closed, and it was pretty difficult to find a restaurant nearby.

Loved staying at Nap Krabi. Great, friendly staff. Large, bright room and very comfortable bed. Best value for money.

Clean, nice bed, nice view overlooking the mountains, very friendly staff, scooter hire available onsite, close to the airport, an outlet centre and a shopping centre. There is also a cafe next door.

Far from the beach/city. Could use an extra down light in the bathroom (only 1 above the mirror), and a towel rail for hand towels, as well an extra bedside table. I cleaned out the AC filter with was thick with dust. No laundry service. And polished concrete floors in the room are super slippery to walk on, both in socks and barefoot.

Bit of a comedown after a few nights at a 5 star resort but a good option near Krabi airport.

Okay for a short stopover while awaiting a fight but not for a holiday in Krabi.

I stayed in a suite with a large balcony, there was no view to speak of but the room was spacious and comfortable. Only a short distance from the airport.

The breakfast was poor and to my great surprise, there was no tea, only coffee and the same in the room. For British people, breakfast without tea is like Thai food without fish sauce! Also, there is no operational restaurant for lunch or dinner, only breakfast, although there are some options only a few hundred metres from the hotel.

Great for a layover.

Perfect location for a layover, very helpful staff. Room was much bigger than I anticipated and really cute.

It was really noisy in the corridors, so I wasn’t able to get a proper nights sleep. Will request a room further down the hall next time.

Good facilities and close to airport.

The hotel is one of the few near the airport with a pool and elevators. It is very clean, and the rooms are cute. The pool is really nice, too.

The rooms aren’t soundproof at all, you can literally hear your neighbor yawning. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper, but otherwise a great place to stay for a layover.

Clean rooms and facilities

The room didn’t have a single chair inside neither a table in the balcony. The reception just gave us the keys and did not gave us any instructions also they did not even look at us in our way in and out. Finally the breakfast was really poor and the coffee awful.

Very good location, near to the Krabi Airport and facilities new!

Transfer is horrible. We booked in advance to go to the airport, we double checked our booking and front desk staff confirmed it, but when the time to leave the hotel came, driver from hotel's transfer gone!! We almost lost our flight due lack of assistance of staffs. Crazy.

Nice place to have rest between transfers or during traveling

Breakfast, swimming pool and gym are awesome! The rooms are comfortable and have all needed.

The location of the hotel is right next to a high voltage line. In my case the view was on the wired side. Could not sleep well. It’s ok for one night.

Value for money is great for waiting for a flight near the airport you can also see the Buda on the hill from there. A great restaurant just next door did fresh Thia food very reasonable

Everything. Also, NAP Krabi can do better than this.

Bathtub. It's quite high & when we're about to get out of the tub, we almost fall as it's quite high. Should've make steps for it. Toilet quite cramp together the shower on the right & bathtub on the left.

Good for a short stay before or after flying from the airport

Close to the airport, clean room, good aircon, friendly reception staff. Recommended for a short stay before or after flying.

The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast (from 7am), so you have to go to the nearest mall for meals. This is 5-10 minutes' walk along a dual carriageway. It's wide enough, but there is no pedestrian walkway, so it's not a nice route. Wifi was slow and unstable. As others have noted, the room is rather bare and is lacking a chair. A chair and table on the balcony would also be nice.
