Nap Krabi Hotel ★★★★

The hotel is one of the few near the airport with a pool and elevators. It is very clean, and the rooms are cute. The pool is really nice, too.

The rooms aren’t soundproof at all, you can literally hear your neighbor yawning. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper, but otherwise a great place to stay for a layover.

Value for money is great for waiting for a flight near the airport you can also see the Buda on the hill from there. A great restaurant just next door did fresh Thia food very reasonable

Clean rooms and facilities

The room didn’t have a single chair inside neither a table in the balcony. The reception just gave us the keys and did not gave us any instructions also they did not even look at us in our way in and out. Finally the breakfast was really poor and the coffee awful.

Clean, nice bed, nice view overlooking the mountains, very friendly staff, scooter hire available onsite, close to the airport, an outlet centre and a shopping centre. There is also a cafe next door.

Far from the beach/city. Could use an extra down light in the bathroom (only 1 above the mirror), and a towel rail for hand towels, as well an extra bedside table. I cleaned out the AC filter with was thick with dust. No laundry service. And polished concrete floors in the room are super slippery to walk on, both in socks and barefoot.

Very good location, near to the Krabi Airport and facilities new!

Transfer is horrible. We booked in advance to go to the airport, we double checked our booking and front desk staff confirmed it, but when the time to leave the hotel came, driver from hotel's transfer gone!! We almost lost our flight due lack of assistance of staffs. Crazy.

Perfect location for a layover, very helpful staff. Room was much bigger than I anticipated and really cute.

It was really noisy in the corridors, so I wasn’t able to get a proper nights sleep. Will request a room further down the hall next time.

Bathtub. It's quite high & when we're about to get out of the tub, we almost fall as it's quite high. Should've make steps for it. Toilet quite cramp together the shower on the right & bathtub on the left.

The rooms are good, staffs are really cooperative.

They didn't have diner option, probably under construction. Location is bit far comparing the spots we wanted to visit.

The staff should have more training in how to get to diffrent destinations. The buss stop to to krabi for example. The taxi driver for the hotell was unlogic with price and put me off 30 minutes away in the wrong direction. So I had to drive with the buss back again the same route. I felt tricked one/two times and it was not a good situation.

Didn’t like a single thing was in the middle of no wer and was very Noisey pack of stray dogs lived out side the hotel an barked 24/7

Terrible! The bathroom was disgusting. Terrible service. They did not even speak english or understand us. Gym is just for the view. They offered us to get to krabi town for 500 baht while you can catch a public bus on the street right next to it for 50 baht!! Would never stay again for this price. too far from the centre. They offer shuttle once a day

We really enjoyed the confort of the hotel and the room, with a modern look. I really liked the decoration. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of delicious food. The hotel has transfer for the guests.

The only think that we didn't liked was the area nearby. It was dificult for us to find some place to eat since we arrived late to the hotel for check-in. It is a bit far from the centre of Krabi, but the hotel has transfer services to the guests, which is really nice.

Hotel is lovely, very modern and clean. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful - they helped me with calling my ferry company and transfers for me. Hotel restaurant has a wide range of food, staff are also very helpful and attentive. They offer a range of shuttle services also as well as airport transfers.

Location isn’t the greatest, on a busy road with not a lot to walk out to. Outlet store right next door but you have to step out/walk along roadside to get there and 7/11 & Tesco isn’t far in other direction but again difficult and unsafe to get to. Not in Krabi Town but great location for airport.

Good location for a very short visit, near the airport, nice bed and clean pool. Very nice free airport shuttle service.

1. Connected room was not specified in room description and was not properly locked. We could also hear every whisper of the client in the next room. 2. Bathroom was appallingly dirty and there was mildew. We were provided with shredded towels and upon request we were promptly provided dirty blue towels. After bathroom we had rashes all over the skin and we could not sleep 3. While we were pleased with the distance from the main road, during the night we had motorcycles coming and going from the hotel entrance with loud noises that could be heard with all windows closed from the third floor. 4. When we confronted the staff with the awful conditions they told us the hotel has been fully booked and did not propose any measures to improve the service, inferring that after some clients check out we will feel better. 5. Location is not close to Krabi attractions and there are no services or information to connect with the city. 6. A 4 star hotel which does not provide laundry service. After the first night we checked out and left Krabi, without any refund or compensation. The "no refund" policy combined with misleading pictures of the room is a trap anyone reading this should avoid.

The food on the menu was really nice. Although the breakfast was fine but could have been better, at 9am they were out of croissants... The swimming pool was nice. The employees were very nice.

The bathroom was really dirty. The view of the room.. we looked out at the parking lot (although we’ve booked a room with a view at the pool) there was nothing to do in the area.

Excellent location, amazing staff and lovely food

We didn’t realise our room was connected to another room and the lady decided to come in to her room and play loud music and have a phone conversation at 2am.
